"The launch took place on November 2 from NASA's Wallops Space Station (Virginia, USA). The rocket was created to deliver the SIGNUS module, which is to ship cargo to the International Space Station,” the Embassy informs.

Antares was created by Northrop Grumman, an American corporation with the participation of foreign partners, in particular Ukrainian enterprises. The main structure of the first stage, which launches the rocket into orbit, was developed by the design bureau "Southern" and manufactured at the Southern Machine-Building Plant named after Makarov in cooperation with Ukrainian companies.
