Thinking what to see and do in Kyiv? The international musical festival of operetta, opera and musical "O-FEST" will be held for the seventh time in Ukraine, according to Kiev National Academic Operetta's Theatre. Traditionally, it will take place in Kyiv, on June 9, and in Bucha, on June 8.
"Festival events will take place on June 8 in the city park of Bucha, on June 9th - near the Druzhby Narodiv Arch and on the stage of the National Operetta of Ukraine in Kyiv, with more than 50 creative groups and more than 750 representatives from various creative areas participating in the" O-FEST-2019".
As noted, there will be two grand concerts - in Kyiv and Bucha. The leading actors, musicians and conductors from Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, China, Iran, the United Arab Emirates will take part in "O-FEST-2019".
This year's program will include classical works, jazz, pop rock, modern electronic music and many other musical genre variations. Also, unusual scenic formats are waiting for guests: a plastic theater, a group of
eccentrics and buffoons. O-FEST locations will host master classes, workshops, presentations, contemporary art projects and art exhibitions, culinary tastings and children's entertainment programs.
The festival is a good option for all lovers of operetta, opera and musical.
