What to see and do in Lviv? From June 1 to June 22, the festival Lviv Day of Yoga will take place in Lviv. The purpose of the festival is to introduce those who seek simple and effective hatha-yoga exercises and meditation, and inspire to take care of the health of the body and consciousness.
Daily from 1 to 21, from 08:00 to 09:15 at the Upper Part of the Ivan Franko Park, professional training workshops "Mantra House" will conduct free hatha yoga classes and meditation sessions. The lesson will be useful for everyone: for children, adults and even older people. A specially developed complex of exercises does not require physical training. On 7-13 June, from 18:30 to 20:30, YOGA SOUND Nights will take place at the Upper Part of the Ivan Franko Park. Everyone will be able to come to the mantra-party and enjoy the music in the open air, as well as drinks and delicious meals. The grand final of the festival will take place on June 22. This evening from 17:00 to 22:00 on the Market Square you will have a chance to enjoy yoga–style music. In particular, the Secret Forest band, the finalist of the Ukrainian song festival, Yoga Brothers, the performers of soft urban mantra compositions, and recognized globally indie yoga band ATMASFERA will take part in the festival. A special guest will be the band from Romania Modiwo.
