The International Day of Yoga was held in the Mariinsky Park, according to VechirniyKyiv. The Embassy of India in Ukraine has been celebrating the fans of fitness trend for the fifth time. This year's theme of the day is climate change activities.
Yoga demonstrations, yoga workshops from various yoga schools were held in Kyiv’s park. The program also includes Indian dances, songs, music, henna painting, meditation workshop and Ayurveda presentation. More than 1,000 participants practiced yoga at classes conducted by trainers from 15 Kyiv studios. The Indian Embassy informs that the Yoga Festival was attended by more than 10 thousand people.
