Two Kyiv metro stations got into a photographic report of The Guardian

A few stations of the Ukrainian subway have been selected by The Guardian. Soviet-style metro stations appeared in the photo report. Kyiv stations "Shulyavska" and "Slavutych" were included in the list. In addition, two stations of the Kharkiv subway ("Barabashova" and "Kyivska") were also mentioned. The photo was taken by photographer Christopher Hervig. All the photos were taken in the early morning to capture the emptiness of Soviet subway stations. He tried to portray the prejudices of the time, as well as a mixture of propaganda, exquisite mosaics, and space fixtures.
