On November 30, the annual professional gastro-event of Eastern Europe will be held in Kyiv. The fourth Creative Chefs Summit 2019 will bring together the stars of French, English, Swiss, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Ukrainian gastronomy.
15 famous chefs will share their experience and knowledge at master classes and mono-reports, at autograph sessions and pop-up dinner. This Year's Summit Concept Old New. Chefs will demonstrate basic knowledge, experience and techniques to combine the basis of the dish - OLD (key recipe ingredients) with NEW - new products, tastes, equipment and serving. In one day, the chefs will prepare 32 dishes, share knowledge, tastes and practical cases, recipes and techniques, as well as talk about future trends.
