Odesa Airport opened a coronavirus testing point, where arriving passengers can pass tests for coronavirus by the PCR method. The procedure takes place at the medical center located on the first floor of the new terminal. This is reported by avianews.com.
At the airport, medical staff take a throat or nose swab, after which they are sent for examination to the laboratory. The results become known within about a day. Passengers who arrive from the country of the red zone must install the application "Dii Vdoma" to control self-isolation. Instead of 2-week isolation, travellers can pass the COVID-19 test using the PCR method. The cost of the service is about 1500 UAH. You can pay for testing online on the laboratory's website or directly on site. Only bank cards are accepted for payment at the airport. Similar coronavirus testing points for arriving passengers are available at the airports of Kyiv, Lviv and Kharkiv.
